Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return.

 

It's okay if you've opened and used the product. If it didn't work for you, that's a fair return.

 

To start one, email care@forgehim.com with your order number and what happened. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before emailing us.

 

If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item shows up, email us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

 

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll confirm your refund by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a few days more to post it.
